The ‘Saint Benevolence Clairin Rum’ Cup

On the evening of Friday 13th October we have the final for a competition that has been run for some months across Europe, where bars have been competing to win the inaugural Saint Benevolence Cup!

Our three bartender finalists that will be serving their winning cocktails are:

Gemma-Louise Robertson of Callay Calloh, London, UK
Matteo Brugati of Dirty Dicks, Paris, France
Krzysztof Ciemiera of Food & Ball, Katowice, Poland

Each guest attending the event, will be able to vote for their favourite cocktail and this will lead to us crowning the Saint Benevolence Cup champion for 2023.  We are grateful that Mayor Dorcinvil (the 3rd generation master distiller from Haiti) will be also be in attendance giving a talk and awarding the trophy to our champion!
