SEMINARS & MASTERCLASSES

We pride ourselves on hosting some amazingly educational and entertaining seminars. There are several taking place on each day so please check out the information on the Masterclasses page so you don’t miss out. You can sign up to these as soon as they are listed. Most seminars and masterclasses are free to book on the day. However, they are extremely popular and as spaces are limited you can secure your place in advance by booking online.  There is a booking fee of £10 to secure your place at the seminar before the show. If you choose to wait and sign up on the day we cannot guarantee that there will be any spaces left as all seminars are booked on a first come first served basis.

BRAND EXPERIENCE SUITES
As well as our on-site seminars, at this year’s Premium Rumfest we will have a room allocated to brands that wish to promote their Rums/Rhums, new release or simply have an intimate space for seminars and tastings with master blenders and/or brand managers etc.  Some seminars will be paid for so please check information on the Masterclasses page and the ticketing page.

GOLDEN TOTS

A Golden Tot Token is the event’s currency to help you sample 1cl tots of some of the world’s most exclusive Rum within show.  These Super Premium bottles will be advertised in your show brochure so you know which stand/booth you can find them on – as well as being on the website. Tokens can be purchased from the Reception. These Super Premium Rums CANNOT be sampled without exchanging a number of Tokens. Golden Tot Tokens are non-redeemable.

The Super Premium Rums that are advertised on the website and within The RumFest show brochure will only be available if you have a Golden Tot Token – available for purchase from the reception. 1 Token (£5) = 1 cl sample.

Golden Tot

• 1 token for rums RRP £80 – £100
• 2 token for rums RRP £101 – £150
• 3 token for rums RRP £151 – £200
• 4 token for rums RRP £200 and over

Make sure that you sample your Golden Token Tots early – there are only limited amounts of these Rums and the popular ones run out quickly.

Monday Trade Day

Rumfest Trade and Press Date:

2020 and 2021 were years of change, contemplation and adaptation. Our industries both the events and the drinks industry have been so very affected by Covid 19. In 2022 we are reverting back to our original format of two full consumer days and 1 full day for the trade & press.

As part of the Trade Day, we have a Boutique area that is specifically for new or boutique Rums or Cachaça brands. The target audience will be wholesalers, distributors, spirit buyers, bar professionals and importers from all over Europe.
