This workshop is an immersive tasting and chocolate bonbon making experience where you can learn about the basics of chocolate making and prepare yourself for a step-by-step guide to creating and working with chocolate like a professional.
Alongside this workshop you will get to enjoy and learn more about Tobago Gold Chocolate Rum Cream and the historical links with cacao.
You’ll be called on to personalise your own chocolate bars with your favourite ingredients (tasting is thoroughly encouraged). Once the session is complete, you’ll be able to take home your own personalised chocolate bar and a box of salted caramels.
There is a maximum capacity of 20 tickets for this event, so grab those tickets while you can. After the event, you are free to join the cocktail competition being held at the same venue directly afterwards!
