The UK final of the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge will be held at The Club @ the Ivy. One of the 12 finalists will win an all expenses paid trip to Trinidad & Tobago as the UK representative at the global finals in February next year.The winner will not only take part in the world famous Trinidad carnival, but compete for the chance to win $10,000 US. The UK finals will see some of the best bartenders creating cocktails using Angostura aromatic bitters and of course Angostura rum. The finals will be hosted by non other than Ian Burrell, the global rum ambassador, so expect the unexpected and a lot of fun.
